Preparation is a choice every seller must make. Spending time and a few necessary dollars preparing your property can pay big dividends. Time and again, buyers pay significantly more for a fresh, well-maintained, clean, and uncluttered home.

My team and I monitor the buyer’s loan approval process and work with the title company to get clear title, HOA docs, and other details done.

At Closing, as seller you sign a few documents conveying the property into the buyer's names. Not much else to do except to hand over the keys, garage door openers, and tell a few stories about the neighbors.
